I can't seem to get the transport buttons to register. I've seen some inpulse around indicating some problems with the 4.

I tried not to use the automap software but at some point Novation added it and now all my VSTs have double choices - to automap or not to use automap.

This is a nightmare! Automap is nobation piece of software that comes with all Novation controllers. I did, however, and named it SONAR, but just to limit the "maximum velocity" of the faders, so they don't go above 0db when I slide them all the way up. Thank you for the in-depth explanation!

I tried uninstalling Automap, and the Uninstall screen just hangs there, with no progress bar showing!!!! Do you have to make a custom template on the Impulse keyboard? If you want to assign knobs, faders and buttons to MIDI impilse controller numbers, just type them in!
